As a certified Hatha and Yin Yoga Teacher and (soon to be) mindfulness meditation teacher, I’m happy to offer your team, lab, or department a moment in time to relax your mind and body. Both in academia and industry we often get lost in our to do lists and cluttered minds. I offer online yoga classes in an accessible language. I guide your breath and movement of your body to a moment of peace.
I also collaborate with my dear friend, designer, artist and yoga teacher Laura Mowbs to offer you guys regular series of yoga/meditation/breathing series. Having experienced the detrimental consequences of chronic stress, we have also both experienced the multifaceted benefits of taking moments in time to take care of your mental health.
